Initial Inquiry & Discovery


It all begins with you reaching out to us for more information—whether through email or our contact form. Once we receive your request, we will send you our Business Needs and Branding Questionnaire.

This is an important first step to help us better understand your business or non-profit and gather the details we need to provide you with a personalized plan.

The questionnaire covers aspects like your mission, values, branding, and desired website features, ensuring we capture your vision from the start.

Consultation & Planning


After we receive your completed questionnaire, we will schedule a follow-up consultation to discuss your project in more detail. This conversation can take place over email, phone, or a Zoom meeting based on your preference.

During this stage, we’ll talk through the questionnaire responses and dive deeper into what you're looking for—your color preferences, logo, the number and type of pages, your story, and anything else that should be included.

We want to ensure we fully understand your goals and how your website can best represent your brand. This is also the time to establish the specifics of your selected plan and address any questions you may have.

Design, Collaboration, & Launch


Once we’ve gathered all the information, we begin the website design process. During this stage, we work closely with you to ensure the design aligns perfectly with your vision and story.

We will provide update reveals throughout the process so you can see progress and offer feedback. This collaboration helps us make adjustments and refine the website to your satisfaction.

We will also help establish and set up your social media channel(s), and provide assistance with social media marketing strategies. Our goal is to help you start building a strong digital presence beyond just the website.

Finally, once all feedback has been implemented and you’re fully satisfied, we will launch your new website!

We’ll be here to support you through the initial transition and beyond, making sure you have everything you need to succeed online.

You can provide your own content or opt for our content creation services, where we help develop compelling text, images, and icons for your website. This service is included in both of our website plan options.

Yes, all websites designed by ClickStart are fully optimized for mobile devices to ensure a seamless experience across smartphones, tablets, and desktops.

When I send you an electronic invoice, it will include a link to a secure payment portal where you can use any credit card or Apple Pay (I use  the Stripe Payment System). Once your payment is complete, you will automatically receive a receipt for your records.

You can contact us anytime for updates. Our ClickStart Support Services program is always available for an additional fee to ensure your website stays fresh and reflects your current business needs. And remember, we’ve also included one FREE hour after launch to make any text or image changes.

Yes, we offer ongoing website maintenance and updates via our ClickStart Support Services program to ensure your site remains current and functions smoothly.

You will own any content, images, or logos that you provided. However, all other content generated by us—including pictures, text, website design, structure, and all other created assets—will remain the property of ClickStart Website Solutions.

The only fees after launch will be for accessing ClickStart Support Services as you request them and the annual hosting and personal business domain name renewal. We will contact you 30 days before the renewal date to remind you of the upcoming payment. The annual fee is typically $300 per year.
