Once we receive your completed questionnaire, we’ll schedule a consultation—via email, phone, Zoom, or in person if you’re local.
In this step, we’ll dive deeper into your vision, discussing branding, colors, logos, page structure, and key content. This ensures we fully understand your goals and create a website that truly represents your business. We’ll also finalize your plan and answer any questions you have.

Step 3: Design, Collaboration & Launch
With all the details in place, we begin designing your website—working closely with you to ensure it reflects your vision and story.
✔ Collaborative Updates – We’ll share progress throughout the process, allowing you to review, provide feedback, and request adjustments.
✔ Beyond the Website – We’ll help set up your social media channels and offer guidance on marketing strategies to strengthen your online presence.

When I send you an electronic invoice, it will include a link to a secure payment portal where you can use any credit card (I use Stripe Payment System). Once your payment is complete, you will automatically receive a receipt for your records.
You can contact us anytime for updates. Our ClickStart Support Services program is always available for an additional fee to ensure your website stays fresh and reflects your current business needs. And remember, we’ve also included one FREE hour after launch to make any text or image changes.
Yes, we offer ongoing website maintenance and updates via our ClickStart Support Services program to ensure your site remains current and functions smoothly.
In summary, you will! Once the website is completed and approved by you, we will transfer full ownership of the site to you, allowing you to manage it as you wish. While we will always be available to assist you through our ClickStart Support Services aftercare program, you will have complete control over your new website.
The only fees after launch will be for accessing ClickStart Support Services as you request them and the annual hosting and personal business domain name renewal. After your new website is transferred over to you, you will be prompted by the hosting provider to renew your annual fees when they become due.
